IT Tutor Volunteer

We are looking for a friendly, sociable and patient individual in Basingstoke with a history of working within IT/tech or a broad knowledge of IT, computers and other devices such as IPads to support those over 50 with gaining confidence in using their devices and computers.

Our informal one to one sessions with clients take place on a weekly basis and can cover anything from setting up a new device to learning how to use basic programs such as Microsoft word or getting online and using email/video calls/internet shopping etc.

The clients will either bring their own devices or we will provide our volunteer with a laptop and equipment needed to carry out the role.
