Job Description

IT Technical Support Lead

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Lead with a passion for data, healthcare, and people. In this role, you will lead a team of 4 to 5 support specialists within our digital and Business Intelligence (BI) environment, while remaining actively involved in day-to-day support activities yourself.

You combine leadership with operational involvement: you provide structure, set priorities, and coach your team, while also taking an active role in handling functional support. You help identify improvement opportunities in reporting and data processes, and serve as a point of contact for both your team and the business - ensuring that critical healthcare logistics operations run smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of 4-5 BI support specialists
  • Monitor team priorities
  • Provide first- and second-line support for BI-related issues (Power BI, Databricks)
  • Coordinate improvement initiatives related to reporting and data flows
  • Report on team performance and incident trends to management
  • Collaborate closely with key users and BI analysts in healthcare logistics (medical supply chain, inventory, distribution)
  • Ensure knowledge sharing and proper documentation within the support team

Your Profile

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT support, functional analysis, or BI operations - ideally with at least 3 year in a coordinating or lead role
  • Strong leadership skills with a pragmatic and people-oriented approach
  • In-depth knowledge of Power BI (reporting, data modelling, DAX)
  • Experience with or strong interest in Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms
  • Solid understanding of logistics processes ideally within healthcare (medical supply chain, inventory management, distribution to care facilities)
  • Familiarity with Order to Cash (O2C) processes is a plus (eg order handling, invoicing, customer payments)
  • Strong communication skills, stress-resilient, and results-driven
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Dutch is a plus
