IT Team Lead

RED are working on a full time, permanent engagement to hire a German speaking IT Team Lead to help support their IT Infrastructure Team across global events. This role will be a fully on-site role, requiring 5 days per week on- site at their Vienna office. There will be an expectation of global travel to events for this role.

Specific skills/experience required:

• Infrastructure and IT hardware deployment and maintenance experience
• Experience working with Linux, Unix, and Microsoft systems
• Experience with Cisco Meraki
• 3-5 years + experience providing third-line IT support
• 2-3 years + experience managing and co-ordinating teams
• German Speaking
• EU passport holder

Preferred experience:

• Any experience with IT infrastructure for live events will be highly beneficial

This role will have a large element of global travel; more information on this travel requirement will be available via phone call.
