IT Support Specialist BI

My Client requires an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their project.

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with a strong focus on Business Intelligence to support our healthcare logistics operations with reliable data and reporting.
In this role, you will be part of our digital team, ensuring that vital logistics processes - such as medical supply chain, inventory, and distribution - run smoothly and are driven by accurate, timely information. Your work will help ensure that patients, caregivers, and medical facilities receive the right materials at the right time.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for BI-related user questions (primarily Power BI)
• Support daily BI operations within the healthcare logistics environment
• Analyze and resolve functional support tickets related to healthcare logistics KPIs (eg, delivery performance, stock levels of medical supplies, order fulfillment accuracy)
• Monitor and optimize datasets and data pipelines (Power BI + Databricks)
• Document incidents, adjustments, and improvements
• Collaborate closely with BI analysts, developers, and healthcare logistics key users

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, functional application management, or BI operations
• Strong knowledge of Power BI (reports, DAX, data models)
• Understanding of logistics processes within a healthcare context (medical supply chain, warehouse management, distribution to care facilities)
• Familiarity with Order to Cash (O2C) processes is a plus (eg, order handling, invoicing, customer payments)
• Experience with Databricks or other cloud-based data platforms is a strong advantage
• Analytical, communicative, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Dutch is a plus
