IT Support Officer - Hardware Rollouts & Troubleshooting

Leicester City Council is seeking a Support Officer to assist users across Leicester. You'll resolve service calls by applying hardware and software knowledge, coordinating upgrades and ensuring security and data integrity. The role requires troubleshooting, customer care, and travel across the city to sites.

You'll work on Windows 10/11, Active Directory, O365 and ITIL-based processes, delivering reliable user support and facilitating a smooth technology rollout.
