IT Media Support Technician - Entry-Level Opportunity
Salary: £25,183 - £26,409 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (52 weeks)
Hours: 37 hours per week (flexible working hours available)
Location: Hertfordshire
Start Date: October 2025 or earlier
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

About the Role
You'll be part of a collaborative and experienced IT team, providing first-line support to staff and students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across PCs, iMacs, and iPads
- Managing helpdesk tickets and resolving technical queries
- Supporting classroom technologies including projectors and interactive screens
- Assisting with AV setup for school events
- Maintaining and supporting mobile devices via Microsoft Intune
- Building strong relationships with staff to understand and meet their IT needs
- Occasional out-of-hours support may be required for events, with time off in lieu provided.
