• Previous experience resolving problems while sitting with the user.
• Diagnostic and support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications and tools (such as M365, Win11, A.D, and SCCM).
• Experience in OS, Apps, and Hardware installation and troubleshooting depending on project products.
• Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting.

As part of a broader yet highly committed support team, you will work directly onsite to provide dedicated support services for deskside and printing issues. You will be fully supported by your Service Delivery Manager, Team Leader, and colleagues in every aspect of your work with the client.

You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each with empathy, pragmatism, and a strong sense of customer service-aiming to resolve issues while leaving users satisfied.

This role allows you to directly influence people's daily work life. With nothing more frustrating than a malfunctioning computer or printer, you will be the person making things happen, working directly with users in a highly rewarding way.

In addition to a broad and varied day, there is an optional opportunity to participate in an on-call rota, with additional overtime and standby pay.
