Job Description

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-quality IT support to colleagues across our dealerships and head offices.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Managing tickets effectively, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved in line with service level agreements.
  • Assisting with major incidents and effectively communicating with VIPs, suppliers, and users.
  • Updating and maintaining Windows devices and mobile device configurations.
  • Troubleshooting common issues within the Windows Desktop environment and managing advanced configurations.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT security protocols and supporting mail security systems.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge guides and documentation to help promote self-help across the business.
  • Participating in the on-call rota, where you'll be expected to diagnose and resolve issues outside of office hours, while keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Working closely with the IT department to resolve security events and major incidents.
  • Ensuring end-user hardware is well-maintained and supported.
