Job Summary:
As an IT Support Engineer at UK IT Services, you'll be the first line of support for our clients, addressing a wide range of technical issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude to deliver exceptional IT support that enhances client satisfaction and business productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues promptly.
  • System Setup & Configuration: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear records of support tickets, resolutions, and IT procedures for future reference.
  • Client Training: Provide guidance to clients on IT best practices, empowering them to use technology more effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify areas for service improvement, share knowledge, and implement better support strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
