Position: IT Support Engineer - First Line

Location: Onsite, Acton

Type: Permanent

Salary: £27-31K

We're looking for a hands on First Line IT Support Engineer to join a fast paced, customer focused team supporting warehouse operations. You'll provide first line IT support, maintain systems uptime, and ensure colleagues have the tools they need to work effectively.

What you'll do:
  • Deliver responsive onsite IT support for hardware, software, and bespoke systems.
  • Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and cabling.
  • Log, manage, and escalat e service desk tickets while keeping users informed.
  • Support IT projects, system rollouts, and process improvements.
