IT Support Engineer - Carary Wharf - 3-6mth FTC

- Previous experience resolving problems sitting with the user
- Diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM)
- Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting
- The follow-up and support of the Laptop/Desktop and mobile telephony
- Stock and asset management.
- Providing 2nd line IT support for all our internal departments
- Coordinate with Dell Tech Support to ensure all warranty related tasks are managed
- Provide guidance, assistance and follow-up on client questions, problems or troubleshooting (hardware and software)
- Installing and configuring PC's and peripherals on request
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
- Developing and maintaining documentation for all In scope support related subjects and producing reports as and when required
- Involve in UAT for any new solution related to Desktop Engineering
- JAMF/Intune enrolled MAC support
This role is initially provided as a 3-6mth Fixed-Term Contract
