IT Support Analyst, Pensions - Drive Service & Change

Royal London Ireland is seeking an IT Support Analyst - Pensions to join the Application Services team. You will support business-critical applications, coordinate incidents and work with vendors to resolve issues while helping drive continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Pensions Support Lead, you will collaborate with business users, technology teams and external partners to deliver reliable services, support UAT and contribute to change initiatives across the pension systems.
