Job Summary

To provide high-quality support to Killik's business, encompassing troubleshooting and ensuring the availability of IT systems. Requires working within the IT Support team and close with the Systems Development team. Also, requires regular travel to Killik's offices within London and Ipswich.

Key Accountabilities
  • Service Management - Service Desk and Desktop Support
    • Providing telephone and workstation support to the firm's staff.
    • Managing ticketed queries and ensuring the comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
    • Resolving technical and functional issues within business applications when they arise.
  • Hardware & Device Management
    • Deploy and configure Laptop and Desktop hardware.
    • Resolving technical issues relating to hardware and managing repairs.
    • Provisioning and support of iPhone handsets.
  • CRM & SharePoint Support
    • Providing user support for Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.
    • Providing user support for in-house applications built on CRM.
