IT Support Analyst - £30,000 to £33,000 - onsite

Belfast client are looking to add an IT Support Analyst to their growing 24/7 team.

With solid hands-on IT support experience gained within an ITIL enterprise environment you will have a strong interest in networking and Firewall management.

What you'll need:

• Proven network engineering experience or IT Helpdesk background.
• Ideally knowledge of Cisco or Juniper (routing, switching, security).
• Adtran exposure highly advantageous.
• Worked within an ITIL environment
• Enterprise network support a plus
• Windows OS and server support
• Happy to work nights and days - shift allowance offered
• Keen to learn and develop
