Job Description

I am currently working with an Insurance client in London who are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team.Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line support, resolving technical issues and maintaining high service availability.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
  • Diagnose and support Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and RDS environments.
  • Implement and manage Windows deployment tools such as MDT and Autopilot.
  • Manage IT assets, including distribution, returns, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Ensure servers and desktops receive regular software patches and security updates.
  • Provide technical assistance to VIPs, senior management, and board members when needed.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities in end-user IT support.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and networking (LAN, WAN, VOIP).
  • Understanding of virtual server technologies and IT service management best practices.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT support.
