The 15-strong team in the IT department supports around 2,300 users , including from the Ammerland Clinic and the Bundeswehr Hospital in Westerstede. This includes 1,200 Windows clients, 200 mobile clients and 400 virtual servers (Linux and Windows).
To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a full-time or part-time position starting January 1, 2026
IT specialist for system integration or IT systems electronics technician For us, it's the person who counts, not the gender. Your tasks with us- Receiving, processing and documenting IT support requests by phone, email or ticket system
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network problems
- Procurement, installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations and peripherals
- Support in setting up software applications and technical devices
- Management of user accounts and access rights
- Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and standards in the IT area
- successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or IT systems electronics technician
- ideally practical experience in IT support or IT helpdesk
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP)
- Friendly and service-oriented appearance and communication skills
