The DRK Regional Association of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania e.V. is seeking to strengthen and expand its team at its office in Schwerin as soon as possible
IT Service Technician (m/f/d)full-time or part-time. The position is initially temporary. Your Profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable qualifications
- Ideally, professional experience in IT support or a similar position
- Solid knowledge of installing and maintaining IT systems
- MSA, MCP, or MCSE certification is a plus
- Basic knowledge of network administration and network security
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level)
- Class B driver's license
- Serve as the central point of contact and coordinator for our IT infrastructure
- Resolve issues through 1st and 2nd level support or, if necessary, escalate them to external partners
- Procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components
- Monitoring of our IT systems and proactive identification of problems
- All telecommunications
- Documentation and management of all IT resources (inventory)
- Preparation of contracts for hardware and software and monitoring of these contracts
- Planning and implementation of our IT projects, including those with our district associations
