Job Description
Note
- Candidates should be based in Belgium, France, The Netherland or the UK
- The client will accept UK based candidates if they use an accredited umbrella company for this assignment
- 8 days a month on site is mandatory (minimum 4 days in Brussels, the other 4 days could be in another client's location but preferably Brussels).
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT services Outsourcing, Vendor Management, Procurement or IT Service Management, in a cross-cultural environment
- Deep understanding of governance frameworks and third-party risk controls
- Experience with Agile operating models and Agile KPIs frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to interact with C-level and below, with IT and non-IT
- Problem solving skills and make-things-happen mindset
- Collaborative spirit & positive mindset
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to analyse complex problems, come up with practical solutions and implement projects
- A flexible attitude and ability to manage changes, in a transforming & demanding environment
- Ability to act autonomously, in a self-organised & timely manner, reassessing priorities when required
- A consulting mindset, to act as a trusted advisor
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
The Role: In the context of the deployment of DORA regulations within the SPVM we would like you to:
- Contribute to review our policies and procedures to integrate DORA regulation in a spirit of service excellence,
- Raise awareness on the existing and the newly deployed policies and procedures with IT and non-IT stakeholders,
- Manage partnership and relations within SPVM and with IT and Business, from middle-managers to executives,
- Execute the existing and new SPVM procedures which implies interview of IT stakeholders and report the collected data,
- Collect data & report to assess criticality of suppliers,
- Collect data & feed the register of information related to ICT suppliers,
- Contribute to develop the SPVM-Service Catalogue,
- Contribute to provide and review requirements to develop our tooling in O365 and ServiceNow,
- Support the SPVM transformation, which encompass implementation of Agile principles and tools.
