Role: IT Service Desk Analyst

Job Details:

  • Rate: £120 - £130 / day
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience working as a support analyst
  2. Experience with AD, VOIP, O365
  3. Support experience with Windows 10
  4. Knowledge of Office 2016
  5. Experience with Skype for Business
  6. SCCM deployment experience
  7. Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with both technical and business-focused individuals
