IT Service Delivery Lead - Multi-Site Education Tech

London South East Academies Trust (LSEAT) is hiring an IT Service Delivery Lead to oversee operational IT service delivery across multiple school sites. You will manage suppliers, drive improvements and act as the main escalation point for operational issues.

Working with Headteachers and senior leaders, you will translate digital strategy into practical service delivery, ensuring services meet standards and support the Trust's ambition to raise attainment through technology.
