The Civil Works Alliance (CWA) are recruiting, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer to join our team at the Sizewell C project office.
In this role, you will design, configure, and implement innovative workplace solutions using SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) to enhance collaboration, document management, and automate business processes across the CWA. You'll work closely with our digital adoption team, IT, and key stakeholders to deliver scalable, robust solutions aligned with Sizewell C's strategic goals and data governance standards.
Sizewell C is a major low-carbon energy project delivering reliable electricity for around six million homes and playing a pivotal role in the UK's clean energy future for at least 60 years. As part of the CWA, you'll contribute directly to this landmark initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable SharePoint Online solutions to support collaboration and document management
Develop Power Apps (primarily Canvas apps) in line with SZC's data platform architecture
Create Power Automate workflows for process automation and system integration
Collaborate with Data Strategy and Digital Adoption teams to ensure seamless integration with the Data Platform as a Service (DPaaS)
Support the implementation of Integrated Management Systems through SharePoint configurations
Provide technical input on site design, architecture, and user experience improvements
Act as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery, promoting governance and best practices
Competencies & Experience Required:
Proven expertise in SharePoint Online/2019+ development, administration, and governance
Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for automation and data visualization
Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Strong understanding of document management, metadata, workflows, and content governance
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and security best practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams
