IT Security & Controls Leader

Laya Healthcare in Ireland seeks an IT Controls & Security Manager to lead our security and controls function, reporting to the Head of IT Operations. You will guide a team of security professionals and embed best practices across the technology landscape.

The role focuses on vulnerability management, policy development, regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), and collaboration with Infrastructure, Applications, Architecture, and Security teams to deliver secure, resilient services.
