Integrations Project Manager - Insurance Transformation Location: Birmingham-based with expensed travel to London (1 day onsite per week)
Rate: £700/day
Contract: Inside IR35

Join a High-Impact Insurance Transformation Programme Our client, a leading organisation in the London Market insurance space, is delivering a major technology transformation and is looking for an experienced Integrations Project Manager to support a business-critical Guidewire programme.
This is a highly visible role within a complex, fast-paced environment - ideal for a delivery leader who can bring structure and energy to multi-stream integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate integration delivery across 7-8 concurrent technical workstreams
- Act as the critical link between internal platforms, third-party systems, and architectural teams
- Support large-scale initiatives including data migration, platform consolidation, and improved documentation workflows
- Drive rapid issue resolution through structured war room collaboration
- Ensure consistency and alignment of integration design across interconnected programmes
- Strong background in insurance technology, ideally London Market
- Deep understanding of Guidewire, Policy Administration Systems (PAS), and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience as a technical Project Manager in large-scale transformation programmes
- Agile delivery experience and ability to work across multiple high-pressure streams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Self-starter mindset - proactive, accountable, and outcome-focused
- Based in or near Birmingham
- One day per week onsite in London (typically Mondays) - travel expenses fully covered
- Flexible working from home model for the remainder of the week
