Job Description

Job Title: IT Portfolio Lead (ERP)
Location: HQ in London, Leeds or Newcastle
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of PMs, Delivery Leads, Developers, SMEs, and third-party resources.

  • Plan and manage delivery of the ERP portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities, governance standards, and financial objectives.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to manage expectations and maximise delivery value.

  • Drive portfolio planning through PI Planning, MTP, and other scheduling activities, ensuring effective resource allocation.

  • Promote agile adoption, build communities of practice, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain team wellbeing and Health & Safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering large, complex IT projects/programmes, ideally ERP-focused, across multiple business processes (H2R, O2C, P2P, R2R).

  • Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills across all levels.

  • Experience with project management and agile frameworks (Prince2, Scrum, Lean, Product Owner, etc.).

  • Degree in IT or equivalent experience; technical background desirable.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Workfront, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Teams, PowerBI advantageous.
