We are looking for a proactive IT Operations & Automation Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations while driving automation and process improvements across the company.
This is a hands-on role combining internal IT support, device management, and automation. You will act as a key point of contact for employees, while continuously improving systems to make operations more efficient, scalable, and reliable.
What You Will Do-
Design and implement automation to reduce manual IT tasks (onboarding, access management, reporting, monitoring)

Develop scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Identify inefficiencies and improve processes through tooling and workflows

Provide first and second-line support across hardware, software, and SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, macOS, Windows, VPN, networking)

Act as an escalation point for IT issues and operational alerts

Maintain clear and up-to date internal documentation

Manage device provisioning (laptops), configuration, and inventory

Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, access, offboarding)

Administer Google Workspace, identity/access systems, and cloud services (AWS preferred)

Support networking, VPN, and monitoring systems across environments

2-4 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or similar

Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, SaaS platforms, and networking fundamentals

Experience with scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)

Hands on experience with Google Workspace administration

Comfortable supporting end users and managing service desk requests

Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure

Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Experience with ticketing systems and SLAs

Awareness of security/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)

Relevant certifications (AWS, CompTIA, Google IT)
