Elevation Tech & Transformation are working exclusively with a key client in Chesterfield to recruit a hands-on Business Systems / IT Manager.
Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a pivotal role responsible for the smooth running, security and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure and SAP Business One environment. You'll play a central role in supporting operational, financial and commercial performance including the company's growing online presence.
This is a highly visible position within an SME where you'll have real autonomy and influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of SAP Business One, including Masterdata, user access and system integrity
- Customisation and optimisation of SAP B1 (Boyum B1UP, reporting, upgrades)
- MS SQL management and Power BI reporting
- Network and infrastructure management (Windows Server, VMware, M365/Azure)
- Cyber security, backups and disaster recovery
- Managing third-party vendors and integrations (SFTP, APIs, carrier systems)
- Identifying automation and continuous improvement opportunities
About You
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One (essential)
- MS SQL and Power BI capability
- IT & Network Administration experience within an SME
- Comfortable managing infrastructure, ERP, security and system improvements
- Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused
