IT Integration Engineer

For the account of a recognized player in the field of IT systems dedicated to the healthcare sector, we are looking for an Engineer composed of critical systems, distributed across many sites, used by several thousand users. The position is part of an approach of continuous improvement of the system. X is a company based in Lausanne.Missions: - Contribute to the evolution of architectures in line with the enterprise architecture- Design, develop, and deploy data exchange flows in collaboration with teams and business analysts- Ensure the evolutionary maintenance and availability of systems and perform technical and maintenance updates- Define, apply, and control development and deployment rules- Produce and maintain technical documentation- Provide level 3 support on incidents related to technological monitoring of standards and data exchange protocols, particularly in the healthcare field (HL7, FHIR)Profile:- Engineer degree (HES, EPF or equivalent), or equivalent experience- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interoperability, ETL or distributed systems- Solid experience in heterogeneous systems- Experience in the hospital or healthcare sector is a plus- Technical writing skills- Mastery of SOA architectures, microservices, and APIs- Good knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)- Skills in development and data handling (SQL, XML, JSON, scripting languages) or comfortable in Windows and Linux environments- Knowledge of Mirth and/or Apache NiFi is an advantageConditions and Benefits:- Dynamic environment jid4ff7ad3aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
