IT Helpdesk & Customer Service Advisor

Capgemini in Inverness or Nairn is seeking a Customer Service Advisor via Manpower. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st line IT support and ensuring a great service experience.

Responsibilities include responding to requests by telephone, email and web chat; logging requests; resolving issues or guiding customers; and keeping them updated on progress. Previous customer service experience is an advantage and full training will be provided.
