Location: London | Onsite: 2-3 days/week
Length: 6 months

We're looking for an experienced IT Asset & Configuration Manager (ITAM/SACM) to lead governance, software/hardware asset life cycle management, and CMDB maturity as part of a major cost-optimisation initiative. You'll be the SME driving improvements across ServiceNow (SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB) and supporting a transition to CSDM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ITAM/SACM governance, policies, controls, and life cycle processes.
• Own ServiceNow SAM/HAM/CMDB capability and data integrity.
• Drive software compliance, audit responses, and licensing optimisation.
• Ensure accurate CI/asset life cycle management and service alignment.
• Deliver reporting on compliance, CMDB health, and optimisation outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on ITAM/SACM experience in complex environments.
• Deep ServiceNow expertise (SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB governance).
• Experience managing software compliance, audits, and risk.
• Confident stakeholder manager with a strategic, self-starting mindset.

Nice to Have

• CSDM/service mapping experience
• Discovery/reconciliation tooling
• ITIL, ServiceNow, or IAITAM certifications
