IT Application Support Lead

Are you ready to lead Application Support in a high-impact environment?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading North East based organisation as a Application Support Lead. You'll lead a small technical team responsible for delivering high-quality application support across a diverse portfolio of business-critical systems.

In this role, you will:

• Manage, coach and develop a team of application support analysts
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery, incident management and workload planning
• Collaborate with technical teams and application owners to drive service improvements
• Contribute to technical roadmaps, continuous improvement and strategic planning

What we're looking for:

• Strong leadership ability and people-management skills
• A background in application support within a complex IT environment
• Confidence working with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Citrix, authentication services and server/client applications
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
