IT & Systems Lead - Law Firm (Newcastle/Leeds)

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced IT & Systems Lead for a law firm in Newcastle upon Tyne with regular travel to Leeds. The role combines IT support, M365 administration, business systems management, tech projects and process improvement across two offices.

You will report to the Director of Operations, own day to day IT operations, drive system enhancements, user experience, cybersecurity and compliance while coordinating external suppliers and technology upgrades.
