IT & Infrastructure Lead for Growth & Web Apps

Job Overview

This is an exciting and challenging role for an experienced IT professional to establish a strong IT department in a rapidly growing business that is investing significantly in growing its infrastructure. Our client is committed to continuous improvement and IT will play a huge part in this change and development.

You should have a passion for technology, user experience and programming. You will thrive on problem solving and driving change.

The role will cover the project management and delivery of a wide variety of projects covering Estimating, Job Management, Online Proofing, Web to Print and Mailing data basing and a bespoke Lottery Management.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Management of hardware to ensure all correct equipment is provided within cost.
• Ability to write good quality code with appropriate training.
• Excellent time management, multi tasking and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Meticulous, with an eye for detail.
• Demonstrated skills in developing web applications.
• Significant knowledge of a Print industry MIS.
