IT Administrator: Windows, Hardware, Break fix, Scheduler, ServiceNow
Our Global Enterprise client is looking for an Administrator to process leaver requests and Incidents/requests management of IT tickets.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: up to 30 days (initially)
Pay Rate: £100/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £112/day (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Edinburgh
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for customer hardware request and break-fix incidents.
- Scheduling and manage engineer's workload.
- Deal with customer escalation and escalate up when required.
- Able to multitask and plan schedules.
- Accuracy and Attention to detail is paramount.
- Ability to work under their own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast-moving customer .environment.
- Experience of ServiceNow IT Service Management Platform.
Soft Skills:
- Flexible approach and ability to work co-operatively within a newly created team environment.
- Should be a self-starter and be able to perform quality assurance and control to create technical deliverables that are error free/with minimal non-functional defects.
- Experience in operationally supporting large, complex technical environment.
- Methodical and structured in their approach to tasks.
- Capability to organise and prioritise tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish/maintain relationships and interact with team members.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
