Job Description
AW has engaged in a project to review its risk culture and regime to enable the efficient and effective management of risk across all functions and teams. This varied role conducts activities across all areas of the risk management programme within DDaT and will be the primary resource for providing high quality risk management advice and guidance.Key to success will be linking Technology risks to business aims/objectives, customer requirements and required / current regulatory obligations. The role holder will be expected to have a good understanding of a broad range of IT and OT operations activities and technology alongside detailed technical and procedural risk remediation knowledge. Own and evolve the IS Risk Management Framework, embedding best practice and ensuring it remains relevant and effective. What does it take to be the Skilled at designing and delivering risk awareness and education programmes to promote a strong risk culture. Determined, resilient, and attentive to detail, with strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000, with demonstrable experience implementing and improving risk frameworks in complex IT environments. Strong experience in project governance, Experience in risk modelling, mitigation, governance, and compliance oversight.
