IR Deputy Lead: Nuclear Employee Relations & Growth

Altrad seeks an experienced IR Deputy Lead to manage industrial relations for the MEH Programme, based in Bridgwater. You will lead engagement with recognised Trade Unions, resolve IR issues, and support safety culture across the site.

Role requires proven leadership, senior stakeholder engagement, and a track record in large-scale, regulated projects, including nuclear or EPC contexts. The role offers a challenging environment with strong collaboration across partners.
