IPS Employment Coach for Recovery & Inclusion

Red 5 People is seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to support people with severe mental health difficulties into paid employment, using the IPS model. The role is based mainly in the New Milton area with substantial community work and travel to colleagues, clients and employers.

You will manage a caseload of about 20-25 clients, develop personalised employment plans, and help with CVs, applications and interview prep while building an employer network to promote inclusive opportunities.
