IP Licensing & Tech Commercial Associate

G2legal is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join a specialist IP-focused team in the commercial and technology space. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' PQE and experience in non-contentious commercial law, including drafting and negotiating commercial and IT agreements.

The successful candidate will handle IP licensing and software/SaaS matters, collaborate on R&D and collaboration agreements, and support broader IP commercialisation for a diverse client base.
