The opportunity

Our client is a leading impact investment firm recruiting an Investment Officer based in London. This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, supporting investments across high-growth sectors in emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute investment opportunities.
• Develop financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.
• Support due diligence and transaction execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities.
• Prepare investment committee materials and market research.
• Build relationships with management teams, investors, and advisors.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or investment management.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience investing in emerging markets is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
