Investment Manager, Risk Sharing & Asset-Backed Solutions

Legal & General is seeking an Investment Manager to join the Risk Sharing team in London. You will shape asset-backed solutions, analyse transactions and collaborate across groups to optimise the balance sheet and support the group's strategic goals.

You'll build financial models to evaluate opportunities, draft governance materials, and work with internal and external partners to originate and execute risk-sharing deals with banks, insurers, or asset managers.
