The Role:
  • Buy & sell-side due diligence.
  • Financial & commercial appraisal.
  • Business planning.
  • Responsible for engagement scoping & project set up.
  • Management of project team- preparation & presentation of the end client deliverable.
  • Building & developing sustainable client relationships.
  • Participation in business development activities.
The Person:
  • ACA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong previous experience within a due diligence/corporate finance focused role. (min. 4 years)
  • Good knowledge & understanding of the financial due diligence process.
  • Experience of working on PE transactions
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills.
