Specialising in early stage-companies & sector focused VC funds, our client offers expert guidance to their portfolio. The Job

This is an exciting opportunity within a dynamic team. If successful, you will work across the following areas:

• Managing a portfolio of companies, ensuring excellent relationships are maintained & developed.
• Liaising with all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with FCA rules & AML regulations.
• Contribute to strategy & fund raising activity.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:

• Strong previous experience in investment management/VC/PE is essential for this role.
• Good knowledge of the UK EIS.
• Due diligence experience would be particularly advantageous.
• Relevant qualification, preferably CFA or ACA qualified.
• Exposure to working within AML frameworks & FCA principles.
• Prior experience in portfolio or fund management is also essential for this vacancy.
