MSIM Fund Management (Ireland) LimitedMSIM FMIL is the UCITS Management Company and AIFM of Morgan Stanley Investment Management. The entity is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. The Investment Oversight team within MSIM FMIL ensures that all investment delegates and strategies comply with regulatory requirements, deliver value to investors, and align with the Firm's risk and governance frameworks.
Primary Responsibilities- Production of reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to key stakeholders including legal entity boards and committees, fund boards, EMEA senior management and other governance fora
- Keep abreast of market developments across multiple strategies, identifying emerging trends and regulatory impact
- Conducting analysis on performance drivers
- Present on investment strategies to wider team
- Assist in due diligence of investment teams and documentation of findings
- Maintain policy and procedure documents
- Assist in ad hoc projects and in-depth analysis
- Experience in financial services, preferably within asset management
- Strong academics; educated to degree or masters level
- Professional qualification or willingness to pursue e.g. CFA, CAIA or FRM
- Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders globally
- Familiarity with investment performance and risk methodology
- Highly detail-oriented self-starter and team player, with the ability to maintain accuracy and effectiveness while working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in financial markets, awareness of core activities / capabilities within investment management.
