Investment Legal Counsel: Deals & Compliance

ELP Consult Ltd. in London seeks an experienced legal professional to support the General Counsel on investment-related matters. You will work with the investment team to assess deal structures, perform due diligence, and prepare transaction documents such as SPA, JVA, and AMA.

You will also assist with SPV management, compliance activities, and day-to-day contractual negotiations essential to the company's operations. Strong drafting, research, and multi-tasking skills are required.
