What you'll be doing

• Advising on the structuring and establishment of Irish domiciled investment funds.
• Providing ongoing guidance to funds, management companies and fund service providers.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating fund related documentation with service providers and clients.
• Managing matters independently while coordinating with colleagues in Ireland and globally.
• Building and maintaining client and industry relationships, enhancing your professional profile.
• Assisting with regulatory developments, client advisories, and thought leadership initiatives.

Who we're looking for

We're seeking a qualified lawyer with 3 5 years PQE, ideally with experience in asset management or investment funds. Candidates considering a move from in house to private practice, or those interested in returning or relocating to Ireland, are very welcome.

• Strong academically, with excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills.
• Commercially aware, with a calm and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Able to grasp regulatory changes quickly and manage new projects effectively.
