The firm partners closely with entrepreneurs to support growth, operational scale, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation.Working closely with senior leadership and the Chief Investment Officer, the Investment Director will play a key role across origination, execution, portfolio support, and value creation initiatives. This is a highly commercial role suited to an individual who enjoys operating in entrepreneurial environments and working closely with founders and management teams.The successful candidate will lead transactions end-to-end while also supporting portfolio companies through strategic and operational growth initiatives, including preparation for future exits and expansion opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Origination and evaluation of new investment opportunities across multiple sectors- Leading transaction execution, including commercial, operational, and financial diligence- Supporting portfolio companies post-investment, including board participation where appropriate- Driving value creation initiatives across portfolio businesses- Working alongside founders and leadership teams on growth strategy, operational improvements, acquisitions, and scaling initiatives- Supporting exit preparation and strategic positioning of portfolio companiesYour Profile:- Strong investment experience with a track record in deal execution and portfolio management- Ability to operate independently and take ownership in an entrepreneurial environment- Proven relationship-building skills with founders and senior management teams- Excellent analytical, modelling, and commercial judgement skillsApply for this Position
