The Role

Reporting to the Chairman and CFO, the newly created role of Investment Director will play a central role in shaping and delivering the group's investment strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the investment and diversification strategy
• Identifying, originating and evaluating new investment opportunities
• Leading deal execution, including modelling, due diligence and negotiations
• Overseeing portfolio management and investment performance reporting
• Driving strategic growth initiatives and supporting long term value creation
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, advisors and external partners

The Candidate

The successful candidate is likely to come from a background in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Private Equity, Investment Banking, and will bring:

• Proven experience leading transactions from origination through to completion
• Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation and investment appraisal
• The ability to assess opportunities across a varied, multi asset portfolio
• Strong commercial judgement and a rigorous analytical approach
• A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, delivery focused style
• High levels of integrity, discretion and professional credibility
