Investment Communication Specialist

Your Role As Investment Communication Specialist at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are creative, a self-starter, and a team player who delivers high-quality investment and marketing content and provide clear, engaging, and accurate materials that support our Asset Management division and connect with key stakeholders across multiple channels. Your Responsibilities

• Partner with investment professionals to transform subject-matter knowledge and supporting materials into clear, compelling investment and thought leadership content
• Edit and refine fund reporting for consistency, clarity, style and compliance
• Shape investment content for effective delivery on digital channels
• Support cross-regional marketing campaigns and PR activities with compelling editorial content
• Act as a key contact with PR agencies to coordinate inputs and ensure effective content distribution
• Ensure all content adheres to regulatory requirements (incl. ESMA)
• Support other writing, editing, or marketing-related projects as needed

Your Profile

• University degree in business, language, communications, or other relevant disciplines
• Min. 5 years of practical experience in the field of investment writing, digital marketing or financial journalism
• Strong understanding of financial markets and asset classes is a must
• Experience with AEM and Sprinklr, as well as an affinity for using AI tools to support content creation, improve tools and processes is a plus
• Excellent editorial, proofreading and writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile as well as willingness to take responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced communications environment
• Fluency in English and very good command in German, fluency in French is a plus
