Investment associate, US Private Equity Fund

Overview

A fantastic new role has arisen working with a US private equity fund. They have a fantastic name in the market, and are now looking to add an Investment Associate to their London team.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and originating deals.
• Directly investing into European companies.
• Financial modelling of new investments.
• Preparing investment papers for the Directors and Partners.
• Deal execution on all aspects of transactions.
• The role will sit with a great team comprised of professionals from tier-one banks and other private equity funds.

They are interested in meeting professionals with a background as follows:

• 2nd-year Analyst to 1st-year Associate level
• Currently employed by a private equity fund, leading investment bank or top advisor
• Excellent financial modelling skills
• Strong M&A deal sheet
