Investment Academy Fellow: Trading & Analysis Track

Xantium invites top early-career professionals to join the six-month Xantium Academy Fellowship starting summer 2027. The program combines mentorship, classroom theory, and hands-on practice across Trading and Analysis tracks, with direct engagement from Co-Founders.

Fellows will be based in New York or London, collaborating with colleagues worldwide and transitioning into a permanent role at program end. Compensation includes a substantial base with a large bonus in year one.
