Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage performance indicators and monitor variances
• Inspect products for quality, conformity, and identification prior to locating them
• Supervise parts localization
• Analyze and investigate discrepancies prior to localization
• Organize quarantine of defective parts, for applicable warehouses
• Perform inventory movements in the system
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and propose/implement solutions
• Support the annual stock taking process
• Supervise/perform inventory audits (cycle counting)
• Ensure inventory processes run smoothly, optimize operations and physical locations
• Comply with occupational health and safety requirements

Your profile

• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Effective problem solving skills and ability to come up with innovative solutions
• Solid knowledge and familiarity working with an ERP system (major asset)
• Organized and responsible
• Leadership, attention to detail, and diplomacy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
• Professional in all interactions and tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 3 years experience in manufacturing
